We are all living in unprecedented times and can understand why you may have missed or canceled your appointment. Please know that it is also extremely important to us that you continue to receive the care that you need even during this difficult time.

 

With this in mind, Advanced Women's Health of NJ & New Jersey Urology have developed a solution that protects both you and our staff. As an alternative to an in-person office visit, we are now offering telemedicine services effective immediately. Telemedicine can be done through the comfort of your home allowing your physician to provide a “virtual” visit through your phone or computer.

 

What You Need To Know

  • To limit the exposure of COVID-19, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have broadened access to Medicare telemedicine services, and most major insurance companies have waived referrals and copay fees and obligations
  • All major insurance companies have waived referrals and copay fees and obligations for telemedicine services (co-pay for other services will still apply).

 

How To Schedule a Virtual Visit

  • Call to schedule an appointment and inform our staff that you are interested in scheduling a virtual visit. You will receive email instructions to get set up. It’s that simple!
  • Our hours are very flexible and we will do what we can to accommodate your schedule.

 

We are very excited to offer the convenience of telemedicine services to our patients. We want to empower our patients and give you the tools you need to manage your health without having to travel to our office.
