I believe every woman deserves thoughtful, personalized care. My goal is to listen carefully, understand each patient’s concerns, and create treatment plans that support comfort, confidence, and long term wellness.
Laura Roetman, APN
Laura brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience and a strong commitment to women’s health. Following her 4 year service in the United States Navy, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse on a demanding Medical-Surgical unit, where she spent more than five years developing a strong foundation in acute and complex patient care.
Laura went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, also from William Paterson University. Her passion for women’s health led her to practice at Planned Parenthood and then a busy OB/GYN practice in New Jersey, where she provided comprehensive preventive, gynecologic, and family-planning care.
Throughout her career, Laura has developed extensive experience caring for women through all stages of life, including menopause management and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Her approach is centered on individualized care, education, and helping each patient feel comfortable and confident in their healthcare decisions.
Laura is dedicated to providing care that is compassionate, empathetic, and judgment-free. She believes in truly listening to her patients and empowering women to take an active role in their health and wellness.
Outside of the office, Laura resides in Morris County with her husband, two young sons, and rescue pup. She loves the ocean, traveling, and spending time on the boat with her family, creating memories and enjoying adventures together.
Elizabeth Colaiocco ANP, BC
Elizabeth Colaiocco is a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Women’s Health. She graduated from the College of Staten Island as a licensed RN with a Bachelor of Science degree. She attended Wagner College in Staten Island and earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Elizabeth was the recipient of an award for Highest Academic Distinction for her graduating class.
With a vast amount of gynecologic experience, she enjoys all aspects of women health from adolescent through menopause and beyond. She is a specialist in breast cancer risk assessment and develops customized treatment plans for women with a personal and or family history of breast and ovarian cancer. Elizabeth has formal training in genetic testing and counseling for Hereditary Breast & Ovarian Cancer Syndromes.
She is skilled in managing urogynecologic conditions such as prolapse and urinary incontinence. With a strong foundation in nutrition and belief in healthy lifestyle habits, Elizabeth will be providing patient’s at Advanced Women’s Health of New Jersey with personalized high quality care to facilitate a healthy mind, body and soul.
